OfficeBroker.io is an independently owned, founder-led brokerage specialising in serviced and managed offices across Central London.

We don’t have a parent company, outside investors, or head-office targets influencing our approach. Every request is handled personally, with a consistent point of contact from start to finish. We’re about more than spaces that just look good in photos.

Our service is free for clients. Similar to most brokers, we are paid by providers only when a deal is successfully completed. We’re transparent about this, and our independence means our approach isn’t influenced by volume targets or outside pressure. We don’t distribute briefs and step back. When engaged, we stay closely involved throughout the process.

Our role is simple: we save you time and help you navigate the office search process with greater clarity.

Our goal isn’t growth for growth’s sake but long-term credibility. We don’t cover the whole market. Because providers vary in quality, we work with providers based on established working relationships and experience. Commission does not influence the options we present.

Our vision

OfficeBroker.io was built intentionally as a lean, specialist brokerage.

Our ambition is not to become the largest broker in London. It is to be one of the more respected ones. Data will play a bigger role in how we review design-led workspaces and infrastructure information, but commercial considerations will always be a key part of the process. Our goal is to build a small, highly effective team that shares our standards.

OfficeBroker.io was founded in 2023 with a clear goal: to build a brokerage grounded in independence, integrity and flexibility.

The Central London office market is crowded and fast-moving. Information spreads quickly, but good commercial judgment is harder to find. We’ve walked away from revenue when expectations were unrealistic, or standards didn’t match. You cannot help everyone. Attempting to do so often compromises quality.

Today, OfficeBroker.io remains founder-led, independently owned and deliberately selective. That hasn’t changed.
