Welcome to FORA’s latest workspace at 60 London Wall. This modern office building is based in the City of London, one of the world’s major financial hubs. This impressive building spans 10 floors and offers 325,000 square feet of flexible space. The floorplate ranges in size from 18,000 to 40,000 square feet. The five upper floors of the building feature terraces covering almost 23,000 square feet. The building is centred around a striking atrium design.

The embodied carbon of the construction is 40% lower than that of a typical new office building, thanks to reusing the existing sub-structure and part of the superstructure. The building includes four additional floors that step back to create five impressive roof terraces with planters for occupants to enjoy and a green roof that supports biodiversity. The terraces and roof are “blue” roofs, the most energy-efficient way to implement a sustainable urban drainage solution.
The building’s operational energy performance is significantly better than similar-sized buildings due to its energy-efficient design. Surpassing the required energy performance of a new building. The building space has been optimized for energy performance, including thoughtfully considered non-visible fritted glass to reduce solar gain.
