Increased Visibility: Standard Plus listings will appear at the top of search results, above regular listings within the chosen location. Each location (e.g., Kings Cross, Holborn, Liverpool St) is limited to three Standard Plus listings, ensuring maximum visibility for your listing and reducing competition.

Enhanced Photo Gallery: You can include up to 10 high-quality images in your listing. Additionally, links to downloadable floor plans and a virtual tour can also be provided.

Please note that the pricing listed above is per listing. To ensure consistency, we require a minimum commitment of 3 months for Standard + Listings, with payment made upfront. This 3-month period allows time to generate meaningful results and provides clients with adequate exposure to assess the value of their listings.

✔ After 3 months: After the initial 3-month term, subscriptions will roll over to a monthly billing cycle, which can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice. Please note that all listings are reviewed every 3 months to ensure they are active and that our database remains accurate.

✘ Non-renewal: If payment is not renewed, Standard + listings will automatically revert to Standard listings.
