The terraces and roof are “blue” roofs, the most energy-efficient way to implement a sustainable urban drainage solution.

The building’s operational energy performance is significantly better than similar-sized buildings due to its energy-efficient design, surpassing the required energy performance of a new building. The building space has been optimized for energy performance, including thoughtfully considered non-visible fritted glass to reduce solar gain.
